Minimal ASP.NET Core (.NET 11) on the ioxide io_uring transport (ioxide.Kestrel via UseIoxide(), default reactor count). Same app as aspnet-minimal — only the Kestrel transport differs. HTTP/1.1 only: plaintext plus HTTP/1.1-over-TLS (json-tls) terminated in the transport via kTLS (ioxide.tls). HTTP/2 and HTTP/3 are not enabled.
